Add nothing

My suggestion/ idea is leave the game alone. It has probably more items and features than 10 other games combined. It does not need anything more. The more things are added, the more stuff breaks. It's seems mostly fixed now, and works amazing. Good job to all the dev's hardwork getting this far.

My two cents.

The added features since I began playing have made the game more enjoyable for me and kept it fresh, and I don't see why the same wouldn't be true going forward.

-1 updates are always good, just take time sometimes to balance things.

Is this essentially a -1 to building inside mines?

If so, can we ban polarbear by player poll? :)

-1 the game is incredibly broken in PvP

Many of the recent freedom oriented changes such as permissions have seriously crippled PvP gameplay with unintended restrictions

It's hardly a PvP server anymore

This game would be perfect without the players, can we have those removed?

PB, at what point did the game become complete in your mind?  For your suggestion to have a hope of getting up votes, all of our imaginations would need to cease to exist.  Computer technology would need to stop.  Quite possibly the end of the universe would be required for this to be voted a +1

The quickest way to see a game die is to stop all development.

I want to know if he would have said this a year ago, or the year before that.

Before bridges?

Before multi-story housing?

Before we stopped surfing on horses?

It doesn't make sense to pick some arbitrary point and say "good enough". Wurm has had a lot of nice changes over the past few years, and is likely to have more over the next few. Construction inside caverns is a good example of something we'd miss out on.

Hell, I'd like you to look at the thread of planned changes and honestly tell us "yeah, we can ado without all of that". It's ridiculous.

Meh, lack of new content is historically a bad idea.

The argument had more merit when it was just Rolf and Notch. Now there's more code monkeys, and gfx monkeys, and web monkeys, and PR monkeys, and etc.

Hrm... who is/are the sound fx monkeys? I recall ol' Doughie doing some such work before he was canned (in a hysterical glorious fashion :P); though, don't recall anything being produced offhand.
