Question, with the new treasure hunting update on the test server, it seems the creator tag of guard towers will be very usefull (unless they change that after test feedback).

Do you plan on adding a list of guard-tower-creator-tags?

If so, do you need our help with compiling the list?

Thank you for asking Lycanthropic.

We are still recovering from the loss of a lot of Data from the twin HDD crash.

To answer your question, no we will Not be be adding Creator Tags as it would make the Albia map too cluttered.

The new Exploration map for Treasure Hunters specializes in showing GT's with Creator tags.

The Albia Map will continue to remain a highly detailed tile counted Roads Map.

Hey Hugh, the map is an amazing tool for the new treasure maps. I keep finding towers named after you with a number. Is there a pattern to the number?

Sorry for the delay in answering, but we were very busy in June and July, now doing catch up.

There is no pattern to the number after any GT builders name.  In fact you will find instances where a person has the same number on more then one GT, which is why most folks name their GT after the Hwy it is located on with Albia Map x-y coords to help ppl Accurately find where they are.

Announcing that I have now completed a personal road project (displayed in pink) that I've been working on for some time. The last step was the building of a highway bridge across the Crystal Canal, at Avocano Mine deed (thx Johnnyrascal). This route is now the most southern highway to connect east and west sides of the map. Before this new hwy, the route distance between The Valyrian Estates to Nightmare (due west) was 3939 tiles. It routed up and around the north side of Crystal Lake. Now with the Avocano Bridge built, that same route is only 892 tiles. That's approx. a 77% reduction in total travel distance.

I'd like to thank all the people who helped and supported this project along the way. It's a shame that it took extra long, but that's what happens when it's allowed to have one person object, without cause, reason, or rights. I hope you will all use and enjoy the new hwy, it's my pleasure to bring this to the great people of Indy.

An amazing piece of Wurm-gineering as always Gumbo.

We will try to get a survey crew over to Avianco mines to try and get the bridge connection onto this weekends map update.

Your contributions are always appreciated mate and it was my pleasure to help out in a small way (named street lamps contributed by Teeebomb and myself).

We always look forward to your PM's inviting us to come and tile count your latest contribution.

These works of considerable effort are now on the Albia Maps as West Crystal Trail, Death Valley Hwy and the eastern end of one of Indy's longest routes, the West Coast Hwy.

Warmest regards,

Hughmongus

Not quite - the existing cave canal that was built by Turtle Bay is the Turtle Canal. This one is a new one called the Turtlehaven Waterway, and has this route:

Caught in time ... North South cave canal is now Turtle Canal...

....and Turtlehaven Waterway will be on this weekends update, with tile count survey to follow soon to finalize the exact location.

[snip, snip for brevity]

Thank you Traipse.

The scrn cap map image is perfect and show us where to put it.

I take it this is the CE Hwy you told me about via PM.

So I will Add it into the CE Hwy map.

Thank you for the excellent description.  We will added the new bridge as a "rough in" across the small cove to the south of your deed.

We will need to have Survey Crew visit to peg down the exact location.

Thank you for your contribution to the Indy CE Hwy network.
