Hello! I have created my first deed, Jackdaw Junction. It is below the equator at 34y, and on the border of 57x and 58x. There is a little rectangle at that spot, where the road T's east and west. I am in that little rectange, between equator and the road just south.

Thanks, Joel.

May I suggest this tunnel be labelled Big Sky Tunnel? That's what us folks around the steppe call it. (Named after a deed that once sat where the tunnel starts from the plains.) Hopefully other folks from the area can chime in to confirm, so you don't have to take just my word for it.

I'd like to add my vote to request this tunnel also be called Big Sky Tunnel, I maintain both entrances, and have always referred to it as Big Sky Tunnel, since the deed at the Steppe end was called Big Sky, and almost everyone in the area knows exactly where that is.

Thank you Schiann and Zenity for your suggestion to rename the tunnel.  We did not know that the locals had a common name for it, however, I do recall seeing Big Sky on the map years ago (though I think it had disbanded by the time I got over that way to map the area).

We will change the name for this week's update.

Hey Albia team, you should check out this thread and update the Freedom Highway on the map. The Freemasons alliance did break many shovels and pickaxes to secure a good route connecting central to the north. :)

Great! Did you also map out the new extension of Freedom Hwy? Its now going all the way from where it bent south to the Valerian Steel tunnel. A very huge project in other words. :)

We have been advised of changes in game via PM from Gumbo.

Sorry for not getting there sooner, but the Albia Alliance under took (with the disbanding of Soylent Green), on request from several folks, to restore Great South Mountain Road to be a once again straight North-South Highway.

To that end it was repaved, terraformed to remove the 55 high sand "death berm" behind which mobs used to hide out of sight and ambush travelers,  Cats Eyes were installed, and three Guard Twrs were added to give travelers protects from the junction with West Coast Hwy all the way up the ramp road to the Colossus at Nightmare.

Will add images later on, they are at home on my main computer.

So our next object is to head north (my time to wurm from work today permitting), to catch some of the improvement made up north on Great Northern Way and at the south end of Freedom Highway.

Hughmongus

Its reasonable - we all have limited time. Youre doing a good job of mapping out the server. :)

Here is a picture of some adjustments made. The straight red lines are new/updated highways/roads. The red circle contains alot of removed old roads to clean up the area (EDIT: i can see now that you have updated some of the removed roads in the red cirlce - great job!):

Ahhh a Map... Much better, now we know where to go to do the survey.

Thank you for that I wish more folks would sent maps up when they want us to come and do a survey of their project.

And thank you for the compliment.  Much appreciate.
