Remove the spiral stairways restrictions

And the one restriction i'm talking about is the necessity to add "supporting" floor tile on every level. It sucks. It defeats the very purpose of having a spiral staircase, to be honest. Why would it even be made like this? Please, remove.

The supporting wall requirement was a added feature to prevent planning 15 story unfinished buildings on the pvp servers. There is a work around this, I have not figured out how they do it though.

I can deal with supporting wall (although the model definitely looks like it doesn't need any support), but not with supporting floor.

Probably finish the staircase then bash all the supporting floors?

Just make ladders, and bash afterwards.
