Posted December 8, 2017 I keep trying to quit Wurm for good, but it isn't easy. The latest obstacle is this cluster, which provides a faster game with fewer restrictions. There are three nice maps (one HotS) and some interesting mods. While I just roam around pointlessly as always, I hear that people who aren't hermits do stuff together, like kill dragons. Bag of Holding spell on items with internal components (like the bulk container unit) will now enlarge the subcontainers. Posted December 22, 2017 Server Update - 22/12/2017 Cave exit tiles can now be correctly reinforced using materials from cart or inventory. Troll King and Goblin Leader helmets are now improveable. Added new Town Portals – player craftable portals that allow teleporting between deeds on the same highway network. Posted December 22, 2017 (edited) Server update – 29/12/2017 Added dragon armor dye kit – sold on traders for 8s and can be used to change color of drake/scale armor (8 charges) Bulk storage unit shelves can now have ql sorting toggled on and off Horse statues will no longer be awarded for slaying uniques Fixed bug with horseshoes on horses disappearing when transfering to another server. Maybe. I hope. Discord integration now supports attached images (will show as links in game) and a few basic emojis (will be converted to text form) Discord integration will now use server nicknames if set instead of usernames. Posted January 19, 2018 (edited) Server update – 18/01/2018 Fixed deeds that have a single quote in the name messing up the town portal window Fixed teleporting vehicles between surface/cave layer not working Town portals are no longer indestructible, but won’t decay on deed and take a really long time otherwise Town portals can now be dyed (using 8kg of dye or rune) Town portals will no longer show up as mission targets Town portals can now be rotated (why the hell no one complained about that?) Added some debugging code that will hopefully allow me to track down the issue that prevents a few players from using town portals Server Update – 19/01/2018 Fixed an issue in serverpacks mod that for some players was preventing them from using town portals and passing minedoors. First we will go and smack a punny goblin leader and steal his hat on Avalon, then we will proceed to Walden to skin a red drake and finally we'll climb a mountain to poke Kyklops in the eye (and probably get punted down said mountain a few times in the process). Posted January 27, 2018 Server update – 27/01/2108 New area farming system: Can cultivate, sow, farm and harvest an area in one action depending on skill Can harvest and replant in one action – when using this one of the harvested crops will be used to replant the tile To sow an area – put seeds or crops in any container, activate it and right click the ground When harvesting an area – crops will be automatically combined in your inventory Updated taxidermy mod – fixed issues with displaying animated horse and hell horse trophies. This fix has a side effect that makes normal push/pull/turn keybinds no longer work on animated models, as a work around you can use my action mod to make manual keybinds. Posted April 1, 2018 Still going strong with nice people and amazing quality of life mods by bdew that makes the game just really fun with as little tedium as possible. Somehow still keeping the essence of Wurm intact. You really need to experience farming 7x7 at once to appreciate how elegant it is, just for example. As someone who's farmed for years in Wurm, my sanity can't take much more. This place is a great one to take your friends to just have a good time, explore with added bonuses and expanded hunting, join in the very relaxed group events, help out many community projects or start your own. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted April 10, 2018 Server Update – 10/04/2018 Archaeology changes: Reduced the amount of junk fragments you get across the board, with even further reduction at high skills and good tiles In general you will get less junk and more interesting stuff The following fragments will no longer drop at all, if you have any unfinished you can safely throw them into nearest trashcan: All weapon and tool heads/blades All shards All ores Slate/Pottery shingles Nails Ribbons Those changes are not retroactive, existing unidentified shards will still drop whatever they were going to drop “Place” action for putting things on tables and other surfaces renamed to “Put on top” Liquids can no longer be placed on tables and other surfaces without a container to hold them Wood essence can no longer be used on items in BSBs and construction markers Remove veins will no longer give ridiculous timers and amount of materials on some veins (notably sandstone) Anvils (large and small) can no longer be dyed (wasn’t showing the color anyway) New items that can be dyed: Warhammers Light spears (both metal and wood) Backpack All carpets and meditation rugs 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted May 7, 2018 (edited) Some server updates because i slacked on posting them here Server Update – 20/04/2018 Added archaeology reports system Fixed spells not being castable on large anvils Fixed items you can put stuff on displaying as containers when they shouldn’t be Fixed possible issue with brown potion code lagging/crashing the server when player get closer to maximum number of affinities (this is not a challenge :P) Server Update – 26/04/2018 Goblin Leader has been embiggened and empowered. Drakes and Dragons have also received a slight increase to their damage resistance. Mystery eggs received from unique kills have higher chance of being fantastic. Unicorns are now groomable. Dragging from inventory into a surface that’s placed in world will now put the dragged item on top. Added ability to mass plant and harvest planter racks Pick all – right click a planter rack with harvestable planters, requires 30 gardening skill. Plant all – activate a container and click a planter rack with empty pots, requires 50 gardening skill. Fixed dragging from BSB into non-container surfaces. Fixed area farming actions working through some fences that shouldn’t have allowed it. Server Update – 02/05/2018 Fixed issue that caused glitched/ghost items. Hopefully. Fixed archeology reports saying you got the exact location before you actually did. Fragments can now be discarded (right click -> discard). Please stop littering. Woad, Cochineal and Acorns can now be combined. Stills have been significantly sped up and their speed will now scale with QL.
