Posted February 14, 2016 snipe gives 2hr extension from the last bid. so if someone bids right before timer expires, others have up to 2hrs to make a counter bid. If someone does, then the 2hrs is reset for 2 more from that point. Essentially it enables the bidding to run until at least 2hrs passes with no bidding, then it closes. so Cartier is currently high bidder and 2hrs from his bid is the new expiration.
