I feel 4.0 would/should definitely usher in building within caves.  I'll make an early prediction for 5.0 (if/when Wurm makes it there) and say that an overhaul of the fighting system lurks in the shadows.  Just gonna throw that out there.

I think most people are aware of that actually lol. Typically, however, when a version is that close numerically to a title update then the developers don't seem to piss around with a huge string of numbers to delay inevitably.  Basically it's a safe bet to assume 4.0 is around the corner within a reasonable time.
