Posted January 19, 2016 (edited) I will be getting rid of Theoterra. Another one of my deeds on the east coast located at H25 on the in game map and X50 Y17 on the community map. There has been some work done on it since the video below as it is all fenced in now so you don't walk over the edge in a drunken stupor. I already have one person intrested in the spot. I'm putting this up to see what a fair price for this spot would be. There is an Utmost iron vein on deed as well. There is an Alter of Fo, Vynora, and Magronan on it. The mailbox has an 84 cast. Guard Tower at 64ql 22 Pens 42 Tiles of Enchanted grass 25x8 Lower section for farm. Tree farm can be used for farming as well. Posted January 25, 2016 (edited) This was previously Vulcan Retreat (the original Wulfgar owned it), it then became barony of bone (bonegetter) and now stands as Theotarra. It has great views, some lovely architecture and is a stonesthrow from Xanadu H-west. Nicely lined up with an inland channel. Neighbors with Trinsic, Bacchus Vineyard and enjoys scenic vantage of both. I'd add more but this isn't my sell. i hope it finds the right home. edit - Congratz on the sale!
