Posted December 20, 2015 This is kind of a handy little tool for a no fuss map maker tool. To the point that you got me to thinking how nice it might be to drop this thing in a folder and have it generate maps at its directory level and create the data bases. So basically a way to quickly make a ready to play map with a single seed entry and push of a button. Sort of dare I say mine crafty way to get a unique map ready to play on. This then made me think about it randomly placing source springs and or source wells and perhaps even various items scattered around. So almost like a randomly generated adventure map. BTW: This is maybe not exactly important but I noticed after this is done generating a map the files are not closed. You have to close the java applet to release the files so that for example you can look at the map with an image viewer.

Posted December 22, 2015 This is really great! My main suggestion would be making a drop down for map sizes. Not all of us are great with the power of two.

But, it would be easier, and less of a margin for error, to have a drop down. You may recall the part where it was a "suggestion", not a "request". I also wasn't exactly expressing this for myself, there are a lot of people from all different walks of life that use this software, and these forums. I was simply making a suggestion that would accommodate a larger number of users.
Posted May 25, 2016 Jonneh, Have you considered making this a complete map folder generator complete with a clean database set?

Posted February 21, 2021 I've built a runnable jar with eclipse. But if anything goes wrong dont ask me! Im not proficient in java, i just built a runnable jar from jonnehs source code. It generates the map just fine, but i dont know how to access other functions like regional ores.https://drive.google.com/file/d/189HOXtG-vUlHNX7yx-RDLQiu6QlW2Nk_/view?usp=sharing
