resolved. i used think from this forum (Brash_Endeavors), thx

 

1) In NOTEPAD open the file HOSTS  located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

   * you might need to change file permissions if you are not Administrator on the account

2) Use a lookup link like  http://tracert.com/resolver to find the current IP address for updates.wurmonline.com (when I checked it was  185.59.222.22 but it might use a range

2) Add this line: to HOSTS:     185.59.222.22 updates.wurmonline.com

 

That should get you into the game today, but if you have issues in the future you should REMOVE that line as the IP address may change without notice.

In fact I would remove it after a day or two and see if your ISP can now find it on its own.

Because most people forget to do this and have issues later, its not really a recommended solution.
