Dredge improvement - hold more dirt?

I'm not sure if this is something that can be altered, but having a dredge that held more than 2 dirt at a time would be fantastic.

technically, shouldn't that expanded space spell (pocket dimension?) do this already? can't argue with this request though, dredging is horrid

maybe the big containers mod helps to..  I will build a rowboat and then a dredge to test for you tommorrow

I wanted to come back to say, I've downloaded this 'digging like mining' mod, which makes the dirt you dig go into piles, rather than your inventory. Apparently it's supposed to work with dredges too, but I haven't tested that it does indeed work with dredges. The download link is on the second page.

All around, a fantastic mod.

Meh more than two would still be horrible.

 

Imagine trying to use a shovel if you had to remove dirt from it?

 

Personally a dredge should function the same way digging with a shovel does (except one can use context menus while on a ship). Would make it easier to work with for people already familiar with digging.

Well since dredges seem to be crashing my server.  I cant test this.
