Posted November 16, 2015 Is it possible to have epic ruleset without the epic skill curve? I wonder what I would have to do, to achieve this change on my server. Do I have to change a *.class for this?Which one? Thank You ^^

Posted November 16, 2015 If you enable PvP and set as Non-home server and disable "Epic Settings", you should be able to get what you're looking for. Our server is Epic-style PvP without "The Curve" algorithm applied.
Posted November 16, 2015 If you enable PvP and set as Non-home server and disable "Epic Settings", you should be able to get what you're looking for. Our server is Epic-style PvP without "The Curve" algorithm applied. Aren't there two parts to the Epic settings though? One part applies the curve which you've covered above. The other applies the skillgain rules which I don't think you have applied. An example of this is that Body Stamina can only be achieved with woodcutting and milling on Epic. It's different on Freedom.
Posted November 16, 2015 com.wurmonline.server.Server.getModifiedPercentageEffect(double eff) Is where you should start or just search for all instances of Server.EpicServer
Posted November 17, 2015 Thank you. I made those changes and see how it goes from there, if I have to change something else.If I do I will delve into Java some more ^^
Posted November 18, 2015 Well it works so far... skill curve is gone, server is still pvp. Problem is that stats gain is still really really slow... I did install the stat gain mod which basically makes it so that you get 10x the amount of stat gain.Important thing is it just works with skill gain settings of 1.0 or greater, NOT 0.9 and lower (there it will make the stat gain even lower than if you didnt change anything). For the moment I am ok with those changes, but I think it will not satisfy me for a long time ^^
Posted November 18, 2015 Does the stat gain mod remove the fall off at 31?
