Yes u can get game codes from places like green man gamming etc. and add those games to your steam. When u buy a game from steam directly u can choose to gift it. The way this would work is that I give u the game codes, U add each game to make sure they show up in your steam library. After that u would just gift me a copy of WO.

 

This is a very common thing to do, u just have to be mindful there is always a chance to get scammed.
