Is breeding time working if you adjust timer?

I have a female horse been stuck on 7 days for a couple days now.....a sheep stuck on 4....

 

I used server adjustment 1 faster than normal.  I will check later tonight to see if its changed.

Ok i had adjusted it to 6 I think from 7  this time I moved it up to 12 since it says higher is faster.  we'll see.

Ok that did it for some reason back up 1 on the normal timer really slows it down...went up to 12 and one moved to 3 days.

 

changed it to 10 now.
