All items doesn't transfer to new map on cluster

I recently got my cluster to work, only to get the message that many of my items doesn't transfer. Is this a bug or is it something wrong with the databases?

I didn't have any of those items anyway. The things not transfering were ranging from all my armor, many tools, a few tree logs to name a few.

This happens to me as well.  It strips my toon down to his skibbies, also any items inside of "Groups" do not transfer as well.  This is a HUGE bug.

 

I also had my inventory wiped when logging out on the expansion cluster, and then logging in after a restart before the expansion server was completely up.
