It's 100% deeded, there's like 5 buildings on it

Close to the dock west of Lormere

There's a lot of cows on the island if you want to raise some

Ressources:

6k+ clay in bins

600+ crappy iron lumps/ores

like 500 logs

some planks

2k+ dirt

bunch of random stuff

It cost like 40+ to make the deed

Does it have a mine on the island and if so what ore has been found?

There's weird mine, it has a couple iron ores and some zinc.

I don't know if large carts go through but small ones do just fine.

The water isn't that deep and is only at the entrance.
