A person on my server can't get rid of tent/drop tent

So this person created a deed before she dropped her tent on ground. I ASSUME that's why the server won't let her drop the tent anywhere, but it seems like she'd be able to drop it wherever she wants. 

She can't drop it on her deed or off the deed. 

 

I'm the GM of the server and don't know how to fix that. . . is there a setting I've missed? What gives?

could it be that they aren't going far enough off deed to get off the perimeter? they cant be dropped on perimeter and whilst it says you leave <deed name> it doesnt say anything on perimeters unless you examine them but perimeter is another 5 tiles out from the deed.

Okay, we figured it out!! Apparently there is a buffer zone when anywhere close to a deed. It seems you have to be quite a ways away from any deed in order to drop the tent!!

There's a buffer zone you specify when you drop your settlement token (default is 5 tiles in any direction) from the edge of your actual specified settlement tile amount. Happy you found the problem!
