Posted November 2, 2015 (edited) I know they can because all the starting towns have them but i have not tried to figure i out or looked through the gm tool sections. Posted November 26, 2015 For Future Readers Reference: Right Click Ground > Specials > Create > Fountain (or Well) Inventory > Activate Wand > Right Click Fountain (or Well) > Specials > Manage Restrictions > Tick "Auto-Fill" > Click "Update Restrictions" Special Note: You can Manage Restrictions after the item has been placed as well, in case you already have a well that doesn't already have water in it. It may take a few minutes to fill once you update the restrictions. -- Mine took around 3 - 5 minutes. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
