Saving or deleting a Server Neighbor prevents subsequent changes to Local Server

I've confirmed the following issue exists, affecting all platforms for Wurm Unlimited builds 828552 and earlier, and Wurm Unlimited Dedicated Server builds 828553 and earlier:

After an entry is saved or an existing one is deleted in the Server Neighbors tab, any changes to fields in the Local Server tab are no longer detected.

 

Workaround:

After saving or deleting any entry in the Server Neighbor tab, close and restart the server gui before attempting any changes to the Local Server.
