Posted October 23, 2015 Not sure how to modify that in server settings but I would try to use your GM to just add a ton of Silver/Gold to the settlements upkeep so that it'll last years. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted October 23, 2015 if you create a deed as a GM, it will have a checkbox called 'permament deed'. if you check that it will not use upkeep and make it a starter / spawn town. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
