Posted October 22, 2015 Added Large and Small Amphora and Kiln. Possible fix for uneven creature distribution on large maps. Seeing the result of this will probably take a week or two and note that creatures usually don’t spawn in the vicinity of online players.

Posted October 22, 2015 (edited) Kiln in the foreground, amphoras in the background: http://i.imgur.com/VtEqUCX.jpg Kiln after the graphics update: http://i.imgur.com/n89zpT6.jpg The kiln can only be used for uncooked clay items. Amphoras hold large amounts of liquid, which I suppose is intended for dying large objects. Small amphora holds 112kg of liquid. Large amphora holds 275kg. They require significant pottery skill to make - I had 13% chance to make a large one with 43 pottery. If this is intended to do away with fountain containers I really hope Rolf reads this thread first before losing long term customers: http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/132277-fountain-backpacks-merged/ Edited October 22, 2015 by DKSprocket

Posted October 22, 2015 (edited) Are these fixes for WO only or for both WO and WU? Wurm Unlimited should get the patches as well, but not necessarily at the same time. Posted October 22, 2015 Saw kiln and hoped for a larger smelting object for ores, was sadly disappointed Yet again new items and not a requested one. Hopefully a step in the right direction for fixing the xanadu spawn however

Posted October 22, 2015 Updated Kiln graphic looks very nice and quite fitting to be used to fire pottery objects and bricks. Amphoras look like nice décor as well and the amount of liquid the smaller one will hold should work well for those that can't carry heavier weights. As for spawns on Xanadu, good news for the Southie's. Hopefully up north around Glasshollow they will be similarly balanced by reducing them. All in all another significant and useful patch. Well done! =Ayes=
Posted October 22, 2015 Well the monster fixes will be nice if they work. Not too enthused about the kilns and amphoras though as priests can't imp or construct

Posted October 22, 2015 Amphora are those roman vases (where they tend to keep wine in)Kilns are some kind of high temperature pottery "ovens"
Posted October 22, 2015 (edited) Please allow us to push/pull the kiln. Mine is slightly off center of the tile now. I know its a very silly thing to get worked up over, but if we can plant a tree in the center of a tile, please let us push the kiln to the center of the tile.
