Server Connection Refused? Trying to create local server

Hi, just using default settings here. Created local setting but it says connection refused. any idea?

mines not local, but I have all the ports I've run across open... And get refused..

And can connect to other servers.. so not client, for sure server, but not sure what I am missing.,.,

So, i dont know what i did specifically but this is what i did. Unsure as to which helped:

 

First, i bridged all my connections and found my local ip using the command prompt CMD ipconfig

next i made sure the wurm server matched my ip address both  internal and external port

worked well after that. i didnt even have to go into my router settings.

Ahhh so those are the IP addresses it's looking for.. thanks that worked
