table and chair/s to serve perpose other than eye candy

If a modder can check if a table and chair or chairs are inside a finnished building,

 

If a player sits in a chair that is next to a table and eats a hot meal.. Player recieves a benifit

 

perhaps slightly better nutrition or maybe something simular to the noobie food buff that slows it down for a period of time so you dont get hungry as fast.

 

This would make it worth making the tables and chairs to serve as something more than decoration in a home.
