character window showing armor that isn't there

i unequipped my scale and in my character window it is showing me as wearing white drake and a freedom tabard when i possess neither of those things.

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: it also shows when i look down at my avatar's feet. to other players my character is wearing nothing.

I get same thing when changing the cluster (Epic, Freedom), each time i need to relog to get the right armor show.
