Cultivating and deed rights

Recommended Posts

Could we have an individual setting for cultivation?

I would love to be able to allow a villager to cultivate a packed tile without giving them the ability to terraform on the deed. Allowing the villager to terraform = risk of being griefed. Allowing them the right to just cultivate = harmless.

I was hoping this would be enabled with the new management system coming up - but it did not appear to be there as an option in the screenshot given to us by the devs. So anyone else been wishing for this to be its own setting?

They already have this planned in the new permission system that was shown in the news update not long ago.

Edit: Well looking back at it i guess it does not cover that.

If you have farmers outside of the village and there's grass where they're supposed to farm, why shouldn't they be able to cultivate without terraform permissions?

Agree, for helpful stuff like raking, combing animals, watering flower pots, etc. it would be great if yet unknown persons could do these things. They get skill, we get enhanced stuff.
