New player looking for settlement to join

New player looking for a settlement to join. I've played wurm online before, but currently playing on a brand new char. I'm currently located in g13 on xanadu, and would prefer a settlement close to me. I am a active, social player, and i will be able to use teamskype, skype etc. My IGN is arteezy.
