This is a very rare and interesting version of the item. It is made from willow. You must use a mallet on the unstrung fishing rod in order to improve it.[16:26:18] Circle of Cunning has been cast on it, so it will increase skill gained with it when used. [74] I have no idea about the pricing, so I'd love to hear how much it's worth, and receive offers of people who would like to buy it. I'm not sure it can be COD'ed but I'm pretty sure it should be able to be mailed, so in that case the buyer pais COD.
