Pottery Brick Walls

Recommended Posts

Just like the title says! I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but I would really like to be able to make pottery brick walls.

A slate brick wall would be nice too. Like a darker, prettier version of plain stone/brick wall.

Pottery bricks are one of the oldest and most common building materials.

That would be lovely too... either stacked or as sliding

+1 Not sure why this wasn't done in the first place. Been suggested long before this but people always nixed it.

Nice idea here for another wall type but I think they are commonly referred to as *clay bricks*. Wurm misnomer.

This would be a great addition. I'm new to the game and have been thinking of doing a vaguely Hanseatic Leage town, which would look wrong with no red bricks at all ;-)

Most common suggestions for walls seem to be:

  • Marble
  • Clay ("pottery") brick
  • Log (as in log cabin style)

All of these are nice options to me, especially marble and clay brick, since they'd match existing floor, wall, and/or bridge styles.

Log cabins would be nice as a labor-intensive option that needs a lot of trees cut in order to be built, but doesn't need any metal or clay.

Wouldn't mind marble brick walls so my towers with marble bridges connecting them don't look so clashy.
