I don't mind this idea.  As long as it doesn't work very well.  Maybe a high RNG way of destroying walls, usually worse than current methods but maybe you get lucky.  More often, you get unlucky and wished you just had used more familiar technologies.

 

Similar as a war machine, expensive, inaccurate, and you need luck to be effective.

Ok, no gunpowder, I see that it was a bad idea to mention it, however, I still believe that with the right way to use this potential item, it could very well be implented in Wurm without complete chaos

Perhaps get more than two posts under your belt before making suggestions. Spend a few months playing the game and you'll come to understand why this is idiotic
