PMK Jar failure on PVE servers?

I was successfully able to log in with Farmerbob.

When trying to log in Farrnerbob on the same machine, I get this.

Please advise how to unbreak?

I have this same issue. , after unchecking the box in order to be able to load the client, all my pmk banners and wagons are blank.  Three days ago I had a java update message and have not updated Java, wonder if this has any relevance.

For me I think I found what the issue is. In my wurm folder I had a pmk.tmp file.  i've deleted it and restarted the client and it works fine now.

Still having the issue. Even after i delete the pmk.jar.tmp.

 

I also deleted the pmk file and downloaded it again still the same issue. Its not like i cant play the game but every week we are encountering such problems and no solution is observed or no word from the staff. Why things in Wurm are always delayed and no quick response is obtained. Also only players are seen helping other players.

 

Thus i request developers to help each and every player to play the game and all the problems they are facing regarding client downloaded or game not starting to be resolved ASAP. How can we play a game without even starting the game in perfect conditions.

 

Also game changes and addition of new features can wait but this is a major issue and should be dealt seriously.

 

Personally we play wurm to refresh ourselves and lately players are more frustrated due to these issue. 

 

Thanks for reading and i hope a proper response team is made to help players who face any problems related to client or game mechanics.

Rather than unchecking the graphics download, please check your wurm/packs folder for a file called pmk.tmp.  If there is one there, delete it and restart the client.  Things should work.  Bloodscythe has confirmed that it worked for them.

As per my comment above. I deleted the file and restarted the client but the same issue is still there. Also deleted the PMK file and and re downloaded that. Thus the problem still exists and it creature a new  pmk.jar.tmp file every time and i keep deleting them.

I've done that before I posted. I forgot to add that in.

Deleting only the pmk stuff didn't work.

Deleting all my packs didn't work.

 

Have to stick with unchecking the box for now. Not willing on waiting to keep redownloading stuff until it works.

I also tried to delete the pmk.jar.tmp file, and it keeps coming back and my update fails as well.  So I'm in using the graphics update turned off.  

 

On my client the simple error reads  Update failed! (Error: All attempts failed for META-INF/MANIFEST.MF)

Same here 2 premium accounts work arounds are nice but to see working on fix is what I think we all would like to see. Looks like the hash is off or wasn't recalculated when released.
