Missions - Location errors for Epic Structure construction missions

We have quite a few threads reporting errors with missions requiring you to build an epic structure in a wrong location or even new ones that say 'this is not the time to build'.

 

This has been reported a number of times and is already in the database with links to the forums where reported.  In order to clean things up a bit, I'm going to reference those links here and close the other threads so that we can track the issues in one place.

 

When reporting, please post the name of the mission and description and what server you are on and the approximate map positions you tried.

Seems this may be because favored kingdom is not properly calculated for Tosiek. Will see after update.

Curious if this is related at all to the issue of only being able to build these structures in two areas, NW and SE. Clearly those missions are bugged, but are we supposed to get missions to build around the server rather than just the two areas we do get sent to? Apparently on Epic they are not limited to just those two areas.

Building on top of the post above me (this one is kind of funny). There are currently two "Build a Shrine" missions up on Xanadu.

I tried to start it at the entrance of Elysian bay but the event logs said that I should build it in the north west. Not all the requirements were ok where I tried so I wonder if it is a general bug or an issue with wrong messages about what's wrong.

 

A while ago I tried building a foundation pillar in a mine at the edge of the steppe east of Elysian bay where all the requirements seemed to be ok but it said that it wasn't the right time to build it.

We had on Independence 3 missions requiring building each a shrine, in the same days. One mission wanted it in NE, one in SE, one in SW. It seems the mission requiring a shrine in SW was the last to appear (it also lasted more than the other 2).

 

I tried to build it in SE. When trying to create it:

I got an unfinished shrine, brought it in SE at the location I prepared, and tried to complete it in SE. After all, the mission said 'to complete a shrine'.

One player tried to build in NE, and reported in Freedom chat the same blocking issue.

Another shrine mission in SE Indy, another "It is not the right time to build this now".

There is a more recent pylon mission in the SW (another kind of building, another quadrant) so this might be the reason?
