Now, when logging in I found she has a multitude of deeds that I am unable to tend to, and have thus decided to sell this one first, as I think it has a lot of potential and could make someone happy. This is my first auction, and the first time I have ever sold anything big in this game. So please keep that in mind if you find any mistakes or any info missing in this post, and be so kind to let me know in order for me to fix it or add what is missing. Posted April 11, 2015 This is not an attack, just my opinion. I wish you the best of luck with your sale, but I doubt you'll get 1g for the deed. Really, the things of immediate worth (IMO) are the month of premium and the 31s in the coffers, and the month of premium is worth less than 10s, as it's not on a char of the buyer's choice. There has obviously been some effort put into this, but I'd say 50s is probably closer to the mark. FWIW, I'd mention the affinity on the char, especially if it's a useful one. Of course, I've been wrong on valuations in the past, and I do hope you prove me wrong on this occasion as well. Either way, free bump and best of luck!
