@ Gary: When you hide in a mine, other players just leave to avoid archery spam from safety. In that case, PvP doesn't happen at all. PvP should not be fully consensual.

When people go out and can run away to a mine/safe area, PvP CAN happen.

 

When people have no safe area to fall back to, they don't go out (unless they are in massive groups), so NO PvP happens.

Nolocate needs to be an item spell, not a body spell.

 

So many people are undecided on this issue because they know damn well it's just too easy to cast that crap on your body and you are good to roam around for an hour with no problems. It makes Locate Soul a completely useless spell.
