Speed bonus for carts

I think you can get a cart up to 35, with hells and excellent gear. I'm at 30 and it seems awful fast. Have trouble cornering as it is. More than once, the speed got me in a jam, but I do like the straight runs.

 

I bet going much faster is going to just make the dreaded yellow event message spam "slow down so the server can catch you!"
