Cannot Pickup Item

In my house, inside a coffin, there is a horse shoe.

 

When I use my 'get' hotkey it gives message: [21:02:02] You need to carry that item to use it.

When I try to drag to my inventory, it gives message: [21:02:30] You are not allowed to do that.

 

I hold the writ to the house, it is on a deed I'm not the mayor of, but I have all permissions except Hire Guards and Destroy Building. Oddly, I've noticed the item is enchanted now, when it wasn't before, so I suspect either someone picked it up to enchant and put it back, or enchanted it while it was inside the coffin. 

 

 

Things I've Tried:

 logging out for /lotime

 pushing the coffin

 pulling the coffin

 turning the coffin

 loading the coffin and moving it outside the house (failed, needs to be empty)

 pushing coffin outside of the house

 

 

I asked on CA and they ran me through most of these steps, when nothing helped they suggested I post here. Character name is Dinant on the Haven Heights deed at J11 on Xanadu.

This sounds like a bugged or ghost item which is not really there.

 

1.  Wait for a server restart to see if the item is still there (restarts sometimes clear out ghosted items)

2.  If restart doesn't clear it, put in a /support in game and a GM can come take a look at the item to see what the issue may be.
