Client crash at specific location on Exodus

Hi, i'd like to say there's a bug that at first i thought it was just in my client but my villagers reported the same bug, at G25 Plains of steel on Exodus server there's a house in the village called

"Metalurgica" and every time we pass by it our client crashes for a few seconds, it's really annoying and we keep walking while crashed, can you fix it?

The game freezes for few seconds always there, i tryed in different computers and the same happened.
