a bigger forge / some love for masons

Recommended Posts

the title says it all, give us a bigger forge ,maybe with more than 1 inventory if that's possible so we can have a big  hot  inventory and a cold one without needing  to have 8 forges in our smiting rooms.

make it need a high masonry skill so the masons get some love. maybe 70 masonry or whatever.

everybody i know uses at least 3 forges, if not 6 or more .

I have 3 in my area and still run out of room while working on large projects!

I dedicated 1 specifically to weapons as they take the most room. + Weapon Racks to the side of the Weapon Forge!

But chances are I'll need a 4th or even fifth!

So huge +1 on my end =)

+1

I have three currently and will probably build more if/when I re-prem. One is for heating stuff up, one for smelting (which I fill with lumps and more stuff to heat once all my ore is smelted), and one to cool stuff off (which sometimes gets lit for even more metal and whatever else I need to keep hot). I have three ovens next to the forges for cooking and overflow from the forges.

I would like to see a larger forge made available to create, at least for smelting ores. Currently only 28 fit inside making it take a long time to smelt any quantity to lumps. 100 would be a good capacity I would think and yes to create this type of forge should require high masonry skill comparable to along the lines of the new carpentry furnishings. 80+ masonry at least.

pretty sure I've +1'd this kind of thread before, +1 again.

I don't see this having been suggested before as a reason not to post it - hopefully it sinks in soon and gets implemented :)
