Something I had often thought of was a suggestion to widen wurm culture a bit.

 

At the moment it's very western, no influence from the east.  Realism might be an argument against it, but to be fair realism is an argument against wurm as a whole!  The more tools for the sandbox the more likely people will find the piece they need.
