Posted February 12, 2015 Last I Heard from reliable sources, The kingdom of Jenn Kellon owned most of the artifacts. But they didnt want to create Drama so they gave the kingdom of Mol Rehan some artifacts including the WarHammer of Magranon. So your best bet is to talk to someone in the kingdom of Mol Rehan and ask them what they might sell it for.
