Posted January 30, 2015 (edited) I found this documentary series tonight and thought i would share it with everyone. It is about three people going to live at a modern day experiment building a castle with only the tools from the era. I am sure some of you that have BBC might have already seen it but thought i would share it anyway. I have only watched the first one but so far it seems like an interesting series ...https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjV2oUO2tExKKhbUxfeLsTA/videos >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5IMeODLND8 Edited January 30, 2015 by Kegan

Posted January 30, 2015 (edited) I am about done with the second episode and will probably wait on the other ones until tomorrow but it is for sure interesting. I like documentaries to start with so this one about castles was a good find for sure. I have also watched some of the ones with Fred Dibnah in them last week but they are more about steam engines and the industrial age. If you like that kind of thing though you should search for his name on youtube. The ones i have watched with him in them were really good too. Posted January 30, 2015 Yes I've seen this already. It's very good actually - lot's of interesting stuff. It's still going to be years before the actual project they joined will be finished.
Posted January 31, 2015 (edited) Well i finished this series it was really good and after i was done I went to Peter Ginn's IMDb and found his first documentary listed and i am going to work my way through all of the ones i can find. The oldest one on the list is "Tales from the Green Valley" i guess they are on a farm this time and are doing a full year on this one. They are going to work it like they are in the 1620s i think it said but thought i would share it with everyone again. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRj1YYnsBGk&index=1&list=PL6LJQOAaGj2magtWkqqRQOUKF9SOK-IIt Edited February 1, 2015 by Kegan
