Right, I think that I'm crazy enough to re-start this.

Here are some rules:

1. No nukes.

2. The USA will be the same as it was previously, a country that cannot be claimed by others.

3. Keep it relatively realistic, I'll let some things slide but not something like a weapon to end the world constructed in one turn.

4. Each turn will represent 6 months (Summer/Winter, each year). Turns will be due by 4 PM EST on the date specified in the previous turn. (But if you're lucky I may be delayed enough to still accept it slightly later)

5. When submitting turns, PLEASE keep everything in one PM, and include the following sections:

   * Budget allocations

   * Military actions

   * Diplomatic/trade actions

If you're interested in participating, please post saying which country you want and what color you want it to be on the map.

The first turn will be Summer 2009 and turns will be due by 4 PM EST on Saturday, June 6th.
