Posted January 21, 2015 We can't tell them that unfortunately:( Hopefully it will be resolved by users clicking "Not Spam" on every one of them.

Posted January 21, 2015 (edited) Why is this message in Spam? It is in violation of Google's recommended email sender guidelines. Learn more Authentication & Identification To ensure that Gmail can identify you: Use a consistent IP address to send bulk mail. Keep valid reverse DNS records for the IP address(es) from which you send mail, pointing to your domain. Use the same address in the 'From:' header on every bulk mail you send. We also recommend the following: Sign messages with DKIM. We do not authenticate messages signed with keys using fewer than 1024 bits. Publish an SPF record. Publish a DMARC policy. Learn more about email authentication. Additional guidelines for IPv6 The sending IP must have a PTR record (i.e., a reverse DNS of the sending IP) and it should match the IP obtained via the forward DNS resolution of the hostname specified in the PTR record. Otherwise, mail will be marked as spam or possibly rejected. The sending domain should pass either SPF check or DKIM check. Otherwise, mail might be marked as spam. Posted January 22, 2015 If you select "show original" does it say why it was marked spam? Sorry, Rolf. I didn't follow this topic so I missed your reply until now. I tell gmail every time I get official Wurm mail that it is not spam/junk and it moves it to the right folder. Then the next month, it's right back again. I don't get this from forum mail. It ends up where it should be. I will check next time to see if it gave a reason. I didn't know it would. Sorry, or I would have checked.
