Posted January 16, 2015 It is done all the time in real life, why not allow it here? Think of the sweet stone causways and piers we could make, even though we would go insane making concrete. Also would be invaluable for fixing tunnel opening mistakes, when you accidentally mine the bottom edge to 1 below the water. Even if we have to make a "concrete forms", to further increase the complexity of water construction... anything, just so long as we can do this.
