Bug: Olive Oil / Huge oil barrel / Auto fill off deed not working

As you can imagine, its taken quite some time to confirm this. (3+ months)

 

I have three lamp posts 2, 4, & 6 tiles off deed which were all filled with olive oil.

I have a huge oil barrel on deed (originally with 15.0 of olive oil. It's been decreasing and is now down to 9.19)

 

The lamps continue to burn out, and I continue to refill with olive oil.

I thought I should mention my findings.

 

Note:

The huge oil barrel is in the mine. But I would think that shouldn't be an issue correct?

I have a spirit templar although again, last I heard; Rolf stated that was not required.

I think that maybe your problem my friend....your barrel is in a mine.

 

As far as i know Guards class mines and the surface world as different places and not linked......if you call for guards in a mine they will not enter and help you fight.

Same goes for a guard in the mine and you call for guards....the guard in the mine just sits there and plays cards....and will not come and help fight (maybe cus he has a REALLY good hand at the time) lol.

I would try and barrel outside with Oil in it .....see how that works.

Following up on this.

Two Huge Oil Barrels (1 above ground and another in mine), both with plenty olive oil on deed and the lamps (which were filled with olive oil only) are still running out of oil.

[16:41:31] The lamp contains no oil.

 

I'd have to consider this one officially disproven/bugged.

 

Anyone else able to confirm/disprove?
