So when is it supposed to be up? They should have started round 2 as soon as round one ended.  The bugs and fixes should have been taken care of while round 1 was up. 

hahahahaha.

Some bugs were reported before round 1 opened, and still aren't fixed.

 

If anything Rolf needs to take a break between round 1 and 2 ,fix the bugs, actually look at feedback, and then start round 2.
