Allow Mayors to bash on their own deed before 21 Body Strength.

I often hear people complain how they can't undo something they just made. Constructing a fence, building, or paved tiles in the wrong spot should not be such a penalty.

 

lol..."Hey bill, remember your at my house in my sandbox?. And you can't take apart that sand castle you just made unless you first pay me!"

 

Allowing mayors only to do it will remove any potential griefing issues.

Bumping this. 

 

A mayor, who owns a deed and is paying for it, should have the ability to bash.  I ran into this today on my alt.  My main owns her own deed and so can't become a villager of that deed, but is only doing 2 damage to a 44 ql wood fence with an 81 ql large maul.  That's ridiculous. 

 

Equally ridiculous that I should have to prem the alt, and grind bs to get it over 21, just to remove one stupid fence built on the wrong tile.  Or destroy my nice new 81 ql large maul.  Or build a catapult as someone suggested.  Or beg a friend to come over and become a villager to bash it for me.

 

I pay for the deed, I should be able to remove a stupid fence.
