Premium Rewards are for total playtime now? Thank you devs!

Just got a spyglass on a toon who lost premium for about 1 week during 2014. Total playtime just reached 12 months but consecutive playtime is only 8 months. 

 

Thank you Rolf and the Dev team for doing this... I may repremium another toon that accidentally lost premium earlier this year.

Yeah I can confirm this. Still bugged to hell lol. My alt is 12 total. 8 mo consecutive and my main is 11 total 11 consecutive yet hes been prem whole time lol...

Yep can confirm some of my friends who have been a total of premium time of about two years (never interrupted or lapsed during the two years), still have not received their spyglasses either.

No, they are not. 14 months consecuitive on one, 15 on the other. I have nothing. Until a Dev or Rolf says it's fixed, it's conjecture. They haven't even bothered to comment on it. It's another bug another day in another flavor that will be here so long it will become a feature until having one is suddenly an exploit and it's removed from the game.

Be aware that it seems to tick over differently for everyone, for instance I know I clock over to 12 months on the 16th, so untilthenit still says 11 months

Thought that it was a one time bug - I got the first title with 1 month consecutive and it counted total instead. So it isn't 'now'.

Look, fair is fair, but there is too much crying going on now, and I see the same face on all the posts related to this now... :/

Just wait, mine was a week late, and even if I didn't get it, tough luck. It's a reward, let them fix it, and then follow up.
