Posted December 5, 2014 Alts which have 0 skills apart from climbing should not have the ability to drain a deed.0 Risk climbing into a token pit on a useless alt, at least if it has fight skill and some stats it would be risking something...
Posted December 5, 2014 Like the super strong no fs alts that were used to check the local during the drain
Posted December 5, 2014 20fs, same as towercap/tab/affinity.
Posted December 5, 2014 Alts with premium are not alts btw
Posted December 5, 2014 Can see the point. At least should have the same 20FS requirement as usual and/or be prem.
Posted December 5, 2014 aggressive acts in pvp have always been steered towards using mains, hence the limitations on catapults, capping towers/battlecamps, hota pillars, loading, and several other things. Why is draining tokens an exception to this?
Posted December 5, 2014 Not 70 FS, but 20 FS, reasons in quote 20fs, same as towercap/tab/affinity.
Posted December 5, 2014 20fs is good enough, elitists.
Posted December 5, 2014 I really wish people wouldn't abuse alts and features, then ask for them to be changes/nerfed/removed when their enemies use them. Twice in three days now. Regardless, good idea so +1.

Posted December 5, 2014 Prob be a good time to stop teleporting to deeds using f2p/low fs toons by inviting players and them using teleport home abilities. Devs have made it hard for people to quickly appear at another deed to help defend in the past by limiting them or making them a big cost - It's why suiciding to deeds from one side of the map to another was changed to 'can only respawn if you're in the allied deeds local'. I don't think it was ever intended for players to be able to teleport in, full geared, unhindered at no cost other than a 24 hour village cooldown to defend a raid. It removes the need of tactically planning defensive entrances. Lets fix real issues.
Posted December 5, 2014 20FS would work, but you can get that in no time at all.The account should at least be able to handle 1 or 2 templars.Lets just face it... its a cheap tactic. All alts should just drop tabs and affinities to avoid the amount of alt use in PvP. Then anyone who farms free alts regularly just gets banned, simple.
Posted December 5, 2014 Twigs and stone require coins, and have to be tailored one ONE tile on the server, thus ~5s + 0.50kg weight per deed you wish to assist. The invite abuse allows you to pick from a range of deeds to teleport to. There's never been an issue with people twigging in to defend, as you have to work out whether it's worth the cost to be able to defend it immediately or if the deed can hold out 10 minutes for the defenders to arrive. The abuse cuts out any chance of ambushing the defenders, it's silly and everyone knows it.

Posted December 5, 2014 20fs/prem requirement for draining sure Just because some people abuse alts for draining deeds (lol?) doesn't mean we should punish legit new people that may not have full 70fs

Posted December 5, 2014 Why should they have to be able to handle templars, if there are no templars to handle? almost every deed on chaos has a templar.
Posted December 6, 2014 If it can't handle 1-2 templars, then how would it drain the deed? ... The main/s sit outside the deed, pull the templar and kill it, then the alt climbs the dirtwall and into where the token is and gets the drain, if the alt gets caught in the token it doesnt matter (no loss), if a main gets caught its a bigger deal. Posted December 6, 2014 Almost every deed has twitter and local check mayor accounts kek
Posted December 6, 2014 Just ban people who abuse alts instead of pretending that alts are mains. Allowing idiots with alts to run around and cause problems isn't worth the few extra Euros that those alt characters bring in.But with that said, I'm not entirely sure how draining is an issue. If all of the "real" fighters (and I use "real" in the loosest possible sense of the word) are hiding outside the deed, how does a lonely naked alt manage to get in and drain? Is Chaos infested with open-token deeds? Where are all of the defenders who could easily kill this alt? If a deed is so well-defended that people don't dare use their real accounts, how does an alt manage to get in, dodge the defenders, and survive for the entire drain timer? Unless I'm seriously missing something, it sounds like it's your own fault if you let an alt drain you.
Posted December 6, 2014 Pretty sure you can stand in perimeter, and pull the templar off, and just have a lockpicking alt with stupid amounts of climbing just do the draining, or... or... He means outside the deed token pulling the templar after they dun raided the place.
Posted December 6, 2014 +1 thats how HOL drained babylon after failing to steal the mayor and deed, they resorted to that with 3 guys defending. Sad.
Posted December 6, 2014 25fs to stop f2p draining for that you only need 21 or 20.01 for that matter
