How much is a referral worth?

I asked around, but people give different answers... what is it actually worth?

I hear 6.5s but usually its all a matter of how fast you want cash.

 

fast = 6s

medium is 6.5s

stubborn and slow is 7s

A referral gives 20 days on premium time to the receiver. since it costs 10 silver for 30 days of premium they usually trade for 6-7 silver.
