Cisterns and indoor plumbing

Allow houses to have cisterns built into or attached to them that would have pipes come into the house that would allow water collected from raining pumped into a bowl or maybe huge water barrel similair to a oil barrel.

I like the idea. Currently I just have a well on each floor located conveniently above a water square that happens to be inside my house.
